A Plus Carpet Cleaning Pros provide carpet dry cleaning services that use a unique technology to rid your carpet of all stains and ensure it is walk-on dry within a few hours. Beyond that, we are professional cleaners who help clients clean any household feature requiring special cleaning. There are household features and furniture such as carpets, mattresses, leather, etc. that require professional cleaning; we help our clients to keep all these home and office features in clean conditions. We use specially formulated solutions that will remove germs and bacteria along with stains. Simply put, we are more than just carpet cleaning services.

How much is an A Plus Carpet Cleaning Pros franchise?

The cost of the franchise will depend on previous trading history and location. Generally, buying a franchise from the franchisor will cost around $42,000 with GST, plus equipment and van. You’re allowed to pay in two instalments with $32,000 upfront payment and $10,000 after the first year of operation. Where it is an existing franchise that is bought from the franchisee, the price will vary based on the business trading history.


What does the franchise fee cost, and what does my royalty fees cover?

10% of the business turnover is the franchise fee, and it is what gives you the right to use A Plus Carpet Cleaning Pros cleaning systems and business name. It also covers ongoing developments of the A Plus Carpet Cleaning Pros business.

You will also have to pay an administration fee that is 9% of your turnover and covers the cost of making bookings, answering calls, customers inbound calls, responding to enquiries on social media, development and maintenance of A Plus Carpet Cleaning Pros booking apps and systems, and support staff. The fee may reduce if you take your calls.

Is there an advertising contribution, and what does it cover?

Yes. The advertising contribution can be as much as 21% of business turnover. It covers full-colour brochures, TV advertising, PPC, shop-a-docket coupons, social media marketing and Yellow Online. If you belong to a business referral group helping you grow your business, advertising contribution will be reduced to 18%.

Is there a training program, and what is it about?

Yes, there’s two weeks practical training with a franchise member in your area as well as three days training at our head office. Franchise members also take two courses with the International Institute for Cleaning and Restoration Certification that helps them to become industry experts.
